This week, the pro-Prop 8 side withdrew two people, Paul Nathanson, Ph.D. and Katherine Young, Ph.D, from their federal trial witness list, supposedly because of cameras in the courtroom though video of their depositions seem to indicate the witnesses would not have aided the case for the freedom to marry.
