State secretary goes to court over anti-gay ballot initiative

Secretary of State Jan Brewer has gone to court to keep from having to tell Arizona voters that same-sex marriage is already illegal under state law because supporters of the state's discriminatory prop. 102 on the 2008 ballot said such language would weaken their chance at passing the anti-gay measure.
