Same-sex couples will be able to marry in Connecticut starting Wednesday, November 12 at 9:15 a.m. That is the day that the state’s Supreme Court decision in favor of marriage equality in GLAD’s case Kerrigan and Mock v. Department of Public Health will officially become effective. (Link)
