Ad says marriage equality will be taught in schools; Maine officials disagree

The Maine Department of Education is speaking out publicly on claims being made by the anti-gay Stand for Marriage Maine in its TV ads: "Seeing as there is nothing in Maine education law or rule that even mentions marriage, I think it's quite unlikely that changing the rules about marriage would encourage anyone to change what they are teaching in the classroom."
