The anti-gay National Organization for Marriage, which is under investigation for its financial role in the campaign to repeal Maine's marriage equality law, has attempted to retaliate by filing a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Bangor alleging that Maine’s financial reporting requirements are unconstitutional.
