The Catholic Archdiocese of Washington, D.C., said Wednesday that it will refuse to continue social service programs it runs for the District if the city doesn't change a marriage equality bill that would exempt religious organizations from performing marriages of gay couples but require those organizations to comply with D.C.'s non-discrimination laws.
