Ohio state Rep. Tyrone K. Yates wants voters to decide on May 4 whether to repeal the state's ban on marriage equality. Yates: "The nation does seem to be at a different place on domestic partner benefits and civil unions. It's causing us economic and social harm in our ability to attract and keep people here.''
