The Washington Post editorial board writes that the D.C. Council and Catholic Charities could find a compromise over the latter's refusal to provide services to the District if a marriage equality bill passes if the legislation "allows each employee [including those of Church organizations] to designate a legally domiciled member of the employee's household as being eligible for spousal equivalent benefits."
