Supporters of the freedom to marry sadly lost the 38-to-24 vote in the NY state Senate last week, but they won the argument. On the merits, the debate wasn't even close. Marriage equality supporters fought the good fight and lost with honor. It's the silent majority who should hang their heads in shame. [Link]
