Harold Ford Jr., who is considering a primary challenge against incumbent Democratic New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, appeared Monday night on Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report where the host joked about the former Tennessee lawmaker’s newfound New York residency and his contortions on the freedom to marry:
