NCLR's Shannon Minter writes about the 10th day of the Proposition 8 trial and the first witness called by the defendant-intervenors, Kenneth Miller, a government professor at Claremont McKenna College. Minter writes that Miller offered "a surprisingly superficial account of political power," and "made several admissions that undermined his credibility as an expert." [Link]
